Boxing is the absolute bomb (and don't we know it) but we get that variety is not just the spice of life but also your training plan. Besides boxers don't just box they do everything they can to get fighting fit. So, we decided to introduce 2 new sections to your workout library: Strength and Yoga. Plus, you will find our brand new Boxx Trainers!
For those of you who haven't yet taken a look, this is what you can expect:
Boxing + Cardio
Heart pumping, sweat dripping, super fun Boxing/Cardio workouts. Expect to be challenged mentally and physically: burn fat, tone up, get fitter, faster, relieve stress and finish feeling empowered!
Strength
Body weight and resistance training to strengthen the whole body. Workouts using just body weight, plus ones incorporating small equipment, both will leave you feeling strong!
Yoga
Vinyasa Style Yoga. Dynamic style of practice, linking breath to movement. Variety of flows to suit your mood from relaxing to uplifting flows for morning, noon and night to leave you feeling Zen!
