Keeping up your workout regime can be hard, especially if you are someone who is often travelling. You can't commit to regular classes, you're often tired or jet lagged and exercise can fall to the bottom of your to do list. Thankfully, our online workouts eliminate any excuse for not squeezing your workouts whilst jetsetting around the globe. So quit procrastinating and start training.

SHORT WORKOUTS

Our video library offers a great range of workouts, which range from 7 to 30 minutes long, so whether you have 10 minutes or more to spare, you can squeeze in a workout in your hotel room. No need to set aside an hour after a meeting because our short, sharp workouts make them suitable for even the busiest jetsetters amongst us.

LOW IMPACT

Our workouts are tough enough to get your heart racing and increase muscle tone, but offer low impact modifications without the need to jump around. Therefore, if you're top floor in a hotel room, with thin walls, you don't need to worry about being that person in the other room no-one wants to be near and interrupting other hotel guests. No one needs to know you're getting your sweat on, except you.

MINIMAL SPACE

Even if you've been allocated the smallest of hotel rooms, you can still enjoy your BoxxMethod workout. No need for fancy grapevines or excess equipment. You just need room for yourself and you're good to go.

LITTLE EQUIPMENT

Being boxing workouts, you may assume you'd need bags, gloves and pads, but we have made our workouts perfect for anyone, anywhere.  No lugging a range fancy equipment half way across the world.  All you need is your device (Mobile, Tablet or Laptop) and some 1kg dumbbells or improvise with 500ml water bottles (both optional) and you are good to go!

EASY ACCESS

Just log on via laptop, mobile or tablet and get going, wherever you are. You can jab, cross, hook in the privacy of your hotel room or for those more confident seasoned boxers you could even workout by the pool or on the beach just as long as you have Wifi/4G signal. Your very own boxing trainer on call all day, every day, no matter what timezone you are in!
